[Gas Newspaper = Reporter Park Gwi-cheol] Daemyung IT Co., Ltd. (CEO Lee Ho-young), a comprehensive gas meter manufacturer, will begin full-scale distribution of the newly developed industrial temperature and pressure compensator (Model DMVC 1000) that complements the existing domestic temperature and pressure compensator (Model UNIGAS 500) model starting this month.

The company obtained KS (KS B 8300) for gas pressure compensators in 2011 and has been producing and distributing UNIGAS 500. It completed explosion-proof approval from the Korea Testing Laboratory (KTL) in the second half of last year for DMVC 1000, which has improved performance, and began mass production this month.

DMVC 1000 has an intuitive interface using one key, and can be set up using a laptop or smartphone. It also allows for backflow estimation using 2 pulse inputs, and has built-in data storage for hours, days, and months, allowing for efficient management and operation.

In addition, this product can optionally support battery and external power supply, RS 485 communication, and wired/wireless communication using NB IoT.

Daemyung IT, which is celebrating its 22nd anniversary this year, was the first to produce the G10, G16, and G25 in Korea in 2007. Currently, it is producing G2.5 to G40 domestically and is supplying imported products for the rest of the industrial use. In addition, it is producing electronic gas meters, inspection gas meters, water meters, and heat meters.
